AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the NOZERO mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

NOZERO is a motivational accountability application that helps users achieve their goals through:

• Daily check-ins and streak tracking
• AI-powered personalized task suggestions
• Goal setting and progress tracking
• Journal functionality for reflection
• Notification-based motivation and reminders
• Premium subscription features

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use NOZERO. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

USER ACCOUNTS

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account with others
• Keep your account information current and accurate
• Not create multiple accounts for the same person

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Premium Features

NOZERO offers premium subscription features available through in-app purchase:

• Enhanced AI personalization
• Advanced analytics and insights
• Premium notification customization
• Additional journal features

Subscription Management

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• We do not provide direct refunds for App Store purchases

USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App, including:

• Goal descriptions and personal information
• Journal entries and reflections
• Check-in responses and progress data

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' experience

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

Service Availability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time

Health and Wellness

• NOZERO is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Consult healthcare professionals for serious health concerns
• We make no warranties regarding health or wellness outcomes

TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App from your device, contacting us to request account deletion, or cancelling any active subscriptions.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to pay subscription fees, or upon reasonable notice for other reasons.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
